*[THIS WILL BE A FULL TIME OFFICE JOB]* Job Title: Electrical Equipment Sales Engineer (B2B) Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India Department: Sales Reports To: Sales Executive/Engineer Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Equipment Sales Engineer to join our B2B sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical engineering and a proven track record in B2B sales. This position involves understanding client needs, providing technical solutions, and building long-term relationships with our customers. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the electrical equipment sector. Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients. Provide technical expertise and support to customers, including product demonstrations and presentations. Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction. Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote company products and services. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments. Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 6 months of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the electrical/Electronics equipment industry. Strong technical knowledge of electrical equipment and systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Skills: Technical proficiency in electrical systems and equipment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
