Electrical Engineer

Job Title: Electrical Engineer (C License Holder)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with a valid “C” License to manage and oversee the electrical systems, maintenance activities, and power distribution at Prince Infocity. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted power supply, compliance with statutory requirements, and efficient operation of all electrical installations within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and maintain HT/LT electrical systems, transformers, DG sets, UPS, and panels.
• Ensure proper operation and preventive maintenance of all electrical equipment.
• Manage electrical load distribution, monitor power consumption, and ensure energy efficiency.
• Coordinate with TNEB and statutory bodies for inspections, meter readings, and compliance documentation.
• Plan and execute shutdown maintenance and safety inspections.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and coordinate repairs in a timely manner.
• Maintain updated records of electrical maintenance schedules, logbooks, and test reports.
• Lead and guide a team of electricians and technicians at the site.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and OEMs for service support and spare procurement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (from a recognized institution).
• Valid C License issued by the Tamil Nadu Electrical Licensing Board (mandatory).
• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in electrical maintenance of commercial or industrial buildings.
• Strong knowledge of HT/LT systems, DG synchronization, and energy management.
• Hands-on experience in facility management or building maintenance preferred.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to lead a maintenance team and handle client coordination.

Working Hours:

As per site requirements (Rotational / General Shift)

Salary:

Commensurate with experience and qualifications

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
