About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and proactive IBMS (Integrated Building Management System) Operator to join our facilities team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining the building’s automated systems to ensure optimal performance, safety, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and operate IBMS software for HVAC, lighting, access control, fire alarm, and other building services. Respond to alarms, faults, and emergency situations promptly. Perform routine system checks and report abnormalities. Coordinate with maintenance teams for troubleshooting and repairs. Maintain daily logs, reports, and documentation of system operations. Assist in system upgrades, testing, and commissioning activities. Ensure compliance with safety, energy efficiency, and operational standards. Requirements: Diploma / ITI / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in IBMS / BMS operations. Knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and building automation controls. Familiarity with brands like Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider, or Johnson Controls is an advantage. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
