Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Job Role: Electrical Engineer

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay scale:-Rs.25,000 To 35,000/- CTC

Experience:- 5+ Year

Key Responsibilities:

Lead preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment, machinery, and utilities.
Oversee installation, commissioning, and testing of new electrical systems and control panels.
Troubleshoot complex electrical issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth plant operations.
Monitor energy consumption and implement energy optimization projects.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Maintain detailed documentation of electrical inspections, maintenance logs, and breakdown analyses.
Guide and mentor junior engineers/technicians in day-to-day operations.
Collaborate with production, quality, and utility teams for seamless plant functioning.
Support CAPEX projects, upgrades, and automation initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
5–8 years of experience in electrical maintenance in chemical, dyes, pigments, or manufacturing industries.
Strong knowledge of motors, transformers, VFDs, PLCs, HT/LT panels, and industrial power distribution.
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintaining plant electrical systems.
Good leadership, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle plant emergencies.
