Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer with hands-on experience in control panel installation, cable tray laying, panel wiring, and PLC system integration. The role involves executing electrical projects from installation to commissioning, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety practices.

Key Responsibilities :

plan and execute control panel installation, power and control wiring as per approved electrical drawings.
Supervise cable tray fabrication, routing, and laying at site.
Perform panel wiring, termination, and testing for motors, sensors, actuators, and field devices.
Integrate and connect PLC systems (Siemens ) with field instruments.
Troubleshoot and rectify issues in control circuits and automation logic.
Prepare as-built drawings, wiring schedules, and material lists (BOM).
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards (IEC / IS) during installation and testing.
Coordinate with mechanical, instrumentation, and automation teams during commissioning.
Support in PLC programming modification and I/O testing during commissioning phase.
Maintain documentation for quality, inspection reports, and project handover.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of electrical control panels, MCC, PCC, and PLC systems.
Expertise in industrial wiring, cable sizing, and panel testing procedures.
Familiar with instrumentation wiring (sensors, transducers, solenoid valves, etc.).
Working knowledge of PLC hardware and communication interfaces (Profibus, Modbus, Ethernet).
Ability to read and interpret SLDs, GA drawings, and control schematics.
Hands-on experience with Siemens / Mitsubishi PLCs preferred.
Understanding of safety practices, earthing, and grounding systems.

Qualification:

Diploma / B.E. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
2–5 years of experience in panel installation, wiring, and PLC-based automation systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
