PAC/CAC unitsHVAC systemsUPS & DGSetsElectrical systemsFire & Safety systemsIBMS/BMS platformsFocused on preventive maintenance, energy efficiency, and 24/7 reliability, Blue Star's O&M services keep mission-critical facilities running smoothly and safely.Role DescriptionResponsible for theoperation, maintenance, and troubleshootingof allNon-IT equipmentin a data centre environment.Ensure smooth functioning of:DG Sets(Diesel Generators)750 kVA UPS systemsHVAC systems including PAC (Precision Air Conditioning) and CAC (Comfort Air Conditioning)Heavy Electrical Machinery and PowerDistribution PanelsRefrigeration SystemsElectrical Installations and AC SystemsFire Detection & Fire Fighting SystemsIBMS/BMS systems (Integrated/Building ManagementSystems)Monitor and control facility systems through BMS/IBMS platforms.Maintain preventive and corrective maintenance schedules and records.Coordinate with OEMs and service providers for AMC and repairs.Conduct regular audits and checks to ensure uptime, energy efficiency, and safety.Respond promptly to alarms, failures, or emergencies in any of the above systems.Ensure compliance withsafety standardsand data centre operational policies.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on equipment health and performance.Expertise inPower Backup Systems (UPS, DG sets)Knowledge ofPAC/CAC systemsand HVAC operationsExperience withfire alarm systems, WLD, smoke detectors, and suppression systemsFamiliarity withIBMS/BMS toolsand remote monitoring softwareStrong technical documentation and reporting skillsAbility to work inhigh-availability and mission-criticalenvironmentsProblem-solving and analytical mindsetQualificationsB. E. / B. Tech in any of Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronics / E&E/ Instrumentation with 5+year relevant work experience of maintaining Non-IT equipment in data centre. Relevant Work Experience: In maintenance of DG Set/ 200 VA UPS/ Heavy Electrical Machinery/ CAC/ PAC/ Refrigeration / Electrical/ AC/ Fire/ IBMSSalary- 20K-25k In hand
