Job Title: Electrical Design Engineer (Junior / Senior)

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Qualification: B.E. – Electrical Engineering
Experience: 3 – 10+ Years
CTC: ₹5 – 12 LPA (based on experience & expertise)

Job Description:

We are seeking Electrical Design Engineers across junior and senior levels with expertise in panel design and electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in designing, estimating, and costing electrical panels, supported by a solid understanding of electrical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Electrical Panels such as MCC, PCC, VFD, PLC, APFCR, DG Synchronization, Starter Panels
• Prepare Panel OGA (Overall General Arrangement)/IGA (Internal General Arrangement), Control & Power Circuits
• Interpret Single-Line Diagrams (SLDs) to finalize electrical components
• Ensure compliance with Indian and international electrical standards and safety codes
• Perform estimation and costing for panels
• Mentor junior engineers (for senior candidates) and coordinate with project teams for seamless execution

Required Skills:

• Solid expertise in Electrical Panel Design
• Familiarity with control and power circuitry
• In-depth knowledge of electrical standards and codes
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Demonstrated leadership capability (for senior-level roles)

Salary & Benefits:

CTC: ₹5 – 12 LPA (commensurate with experience and role level)
