Electrical Design Engineer

Multi Way Automation group is looking at hiring talented draftsmen and engineers to expand their Automation team. Multi Way Automation is a 25 year-old company working in the field of automation since the 1990s. Starting with micro-controller based systems, Multi Way has come a great way since it’s inception to do projects with PLC and DCS automation systems ranging from a few hundred IOs to a thousand IOs.

Multi Way Automation would want engineers to join their team with below qualifications:

Qualifications:

* Knowledge of AutoCAD / Eplan is a must

* Applicant should have sound knowledge of designing of Control Panels, MCC Panels, Automation Panels, Fabrication, Powder Coating process etc.

* Applicant should know electrical concepts for Power and Control wiring, Electrical Drawings, Ferruling etc.

* Should be independently able to create IO List, Bill of Materials, GA Drawings, Cable Scheduling etc.

* Testing and Fault-finding of control panel is an essential quality.

* Knowledge of 3-D designing, Solid works, machine designing etc. would be an added advantage.

* Candidates with experience of 1-3 years in the field of industrial automation will be preferred. Freshers can apply as well.

Responsibilities and Duties:

* To work closely with Project owners and generate detailed documentation for Turn-Key project that included but are not limited to IO List, Electrical and Fabrication drawings, GA Drawings, Detailed Wiring drawings, Cable Schedules, Bill of Materials, User Manuals etc.

* Quality control of Panels Manufactured at the factory.

* Assisting wiring personnel with queries.

* Testing of Control Panels for improper wiring/cabling etc.

Job Location: Mira Road

Salary: Based on experience / knowledge (Approx. CTC – 2L to 3.6L)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
