Description

We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics 365 Field Service Specialist to support and optimize our Dynamics 365 environment, focusing on Field Service and related modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 applications, a solid understanding of IT service management tools, and a strong customer-focused mindset. This role requires both technical proficiency and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide application support and administration for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service and related modules (Sales, Customer Service).
  • Configure and manage entities, forms, views, dashboards, and workflows to enhance user experience and business efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues through systematic analysis, root cause identification, and timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process requirements and propose scalable Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Manage and track service requests using ITSM/ticketing systems such as Zendesk, JIRA, or ServiceNow.
  • Coordinate with Microsoft and internal IT teams to apply updates, patches, and enhancements.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.

Required Technical Skills

  • Strong foundational understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service (Sales and Customer Service modules exposure preferred).
  • Proficiency in configuring and managing Dynamics 365 entities, views, and dashboards.
  • Experience with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk, JIRA).
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Office Suite and Outlook integrations.
  • Basic understanding of Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps) is an added advantage.

Qualifications

  • 3- 5 years of experience in Application Support, IT Helpdesk, or Technical Support roles, preferably within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
