Coordinates communication with customers regarding pending entries and works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies. Manages data operations across CBS, TRRACS, and E/IDPMS platforms, and collaborates with the TRRACS vendor to troubleshoot upload/download issues
