Job Title: EHS Manager / Engineer Company: Sense Projects Pvt. Ltd. Location: New Friends Colony, New Delhi – 110025 Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: 3–7 years Travel: Must be willing to travel PAN India for site inspections and audits Job Description: Sense Projects Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and proactive EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) Manager/Engineer to oversee and implement safety protocols across our project sites nationwide. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and maintain a safe working environment at construction and interior project locations. Key Responsibilities: Implement and monitor EHS policies, procedures, and compliance across all project sites Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and audits Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions Conduct safety training programs and toolbox talks for site staff and contractors Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols Maintain EHS records, reports, and documentation Investigate incidents/accidents and implement preventive measures Liaise with local authorities, vendors, and project managers regarding safety compliance Requirements: Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Engineering with specialization in Industrial Safety, Environment, or related fields Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction/interior project safety In-depth knowledge of EHS regulations and construction safety standards Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Willingness to travel frequently to project sites across India Preferred Certifications: NEBOSH / IOSH / Fire & Safety Diploma (preferred but not mandatory) To Apply: Please send your updated resume through Indeed or email it to senseprojects772@gmail.com Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
