Job Description

EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) Manager

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all HSE operations
of the manufacturing unit and
monitor compliance
to safety guidelines and policies across all manufacturing units to foster a physically safe environment for factory employees.
Ensure manufacturing operations are
legally compliant
with all relevant EHS regulations.
Liaise with relevant stakeholders
to develop and enforce security protocols, policies, and procedures necessary for safeguarding lives and property in manufacturing units.
Conduct audits at all locations
to observe deviations across the factories and ensure fire and safety measures across the plants incorporate the latest technology.
Highlight situations to the Factory Head
where employee safety could potentially be compromised, in order to resolve issues and maintain safe operations.
Manage the overall
planning and installation of required safety equipment
as per established protocols to uphold safety standards.
Ensure the
installation of safety alarms
within and around building premises.
