Working in Shifts is required.

Implement and monitor Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) policies and procedures across the plant.
Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and recommend corrective actions.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety trainings, and awareness programs for plant staff and workers.
Ensure proper disposal of hazardous waste and maintain environmental records.
Liaise with regulatory authorities for EHS compliance and reporting.
Maintain documentation related to EHS audits, permits, and safety performance reports.
