EHS Executive

Job Title: EHS Executive (EHS + Lead Generation)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and proactive EHS Executive who can manage Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) tasks while also actively promoting our services and generating business leads. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in EHS practices and should be comfortable engaging with clients and prospects for business development.

Key Responsibilities:EHS Responsibilities:

• Conduct site inspections, audits, and compliance checks as per EHS standards.
• Prepare and maintain EHS documentation and reports.
• Support clients in complying with environmental and safety regulations (CPCB/SPCB, EPR, etc.).
• Assist in implementation and monitoring of EHS procedures at client locations.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies when needed.

Business Development / Lead Generation:

• Promote EHS and compliance-related services to industries and businesses.
• Identify potential clients through calls, emails, field visits, and digital platforms.
• Generate leads and follow up for meetings and closures.
• Build and maintain client relationships and ensure post-sale support.
• Maintain a database of prospects and regularly update the lead tracker.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Environmental Science, Industrial Safety, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in EHS and/or client-facing roles.
• Knowledge of CPCB/SPCB compliance, EPR, or other environmental regulations is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel locally for client meetings/site visits.
• Self-driven, with a strong sense of responsibility and multitasking ability.
