As a Manager in GRC Technology at EY, you will be responsible for managing and contributing technically and functionally to GRC Technology client engagements and internal projects. Your role will involve identifying potential business opportunities within existing engagements, anticipating and identifying risks, and sharing any issues with senior team members. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead solution design of ServiceNow implementations, understanding client organization, enterprise architecture, and desired outcomes - Work closely with clients to define, design, and implement ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements - Create system design and detailed technical documentation, including integration of ServiceNow solutions with third-party applications - Provide technical expertise and leadership in ServiceNow platform architecture - Configure and enhance ServiceNow platform using scripts and platform capabilities - Conduct troubleshooting and issue resolution - Lead a team of developers and testers, ensuring best practices are followed - Educate and coach colleagues and users on ServiceNow functionalities - Ensure implementation work is in accordance with company policies and industry best practices - Contribute to business development activities and provide effort estimation inputs - Adhere to quality processes and EY policies and procedures - Develop and maintain relationships with client personnel - Mentor the project team in executing identified projects **Qualification Required:** - 7+ years of industry experience with technical leadership - Experience in leading at least 10 end-to-end ServiceNow implementation engagements, with a focus on ServiceNow IRM - Strong understanding of Risk and Compliance management processes - Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, and other ServiceNow supported technologies - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - ServiceNow certifications highly desirable - Experience in IT solution architecture and enterprise architecture - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, or MBA - Experience with ServiceNow GRC implementations - Knowledge of GRC/IRM modules and other GRC tools EY offers a dynamic work environment where you will have the opportunity to work on inspiring and meaningful projects.
