We are seeking dedicated Educators for Medical Laboratory T echnology (MLT), Operation Theatre T echnology (OTT) , Emergency And Trauma Care/ EMT, Dialysis T echnology, Dental, Health Psychology and Respiratory therapy programs. The ideal candidates will play a vital role in delivering quality education, managing classrooms and skill labs, and ensuring effective training in these disciplines. Educational Qualification: ● Any Healthcare Provider with a degree in Allied Healthcare, BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery), BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery), BSc. Nursing. Preference will be given to candidates with BMLT (Bachelor in Medical Laboratory T echnology), BOTT (Bachelor in Operation Theatre T echnology) , EMT (Bachelors in Emergency and Trauma Care) , BDT (Bachelors in Dialysis T echnology) and BRT (Bachelors in Respiratory Therapy) degrees. Responsibilities: ● Deliver engaging educational sessions for students in the above mentioned programs. ● Evaluate training program effectiveness and make necessary improvements. ● T each and assess students in these programs, conducting tests and examinations. ● Prepare and manage classrooms and skill labs for practical training sessions. ● Maintain discipline among students adhering to institutional guidelines. ● Provide timely reports as requested by the institution. ● Stay updated with changes in the curriculum structure and developments. ● Demonstrate sound technical knowledge in the core subjects. ● Proficiently impart practical skills related to these disciplines. Skills and Experience: ● Exceptional presentation skills and strong verbal and written communication abilities. ● Experience in assessing training program effectiveness. ● Prior teaching experience in the above mentioned programs is advantageous. ● Ability to manage classroom environments and skill labs effectively. ● Strong organisational skills and detail-oriented approach. ● T echnical knowledge on the core subjects. ● Proficiency in practical skills related to the programs.Qualities: ● Passionate about educating and mentoring healthcare students. ● Keen on keeping up-to-date with industry changes and curriculum advancements. ● Strong discipline enforcement and classroom management skills. ● Flexible and adaptive to the evolving educational landscape. About the Opportunity: We are building India’s first ‘asset light university’ - a full stack employability-led EdT ech platform that will Acquire, Train, Certify and Place aspirants in industries that are facing issues with supply of skilled workforce. The industries that the platform will cater to in the first 24 months are Healthcare, Construction and Infrastructure, Manufacturing, hospitality and F&B (Culinary). The underlying problem that we are solving is Education, and even skill-based education, is not resulting in employability for most people.
