Educational Writer

We are looking for dedicated, hardworking, passionate (about knowledge research and writing) candidates for our research-driven educational study material writing team. This role is ideal for individuals from ICSE/CBSE English-medium backgrounds who are fluent in any of the languages Hindi (Verbal and/or writing), Tamil, Telugu, Assamese, Odia, Tripuri, and Nepali (Verbal) and English (writing), Bengali (writing).

You will be require to create high-quality academic/Educational content for international students, teachers, institutes, Websites, portals, research firms, and scholars to assist them by creating and providing materials such as essays, reports, case studies, dissertations, research papers, meeting papers, strategic reports, conference papers, research articles, presentations, portfolios, Plans, and many more. The role requires strong English research skills, writing skills, critical thinking, data analytical skills and the ability to follow international academic standards. The job role also requires strong teamwork and time management skills. 

Candidates from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities/districts such as Burdwan, Nadia, Birbhum, Murshidabad, Howrah, Hooghly, Bankura, Midnapore, Darjeeling, Alipurduar, Dinajpur, South 24 paraganas, North Parganas, Cooch Behar, and/or nearest cities like Bandel, Durgapur, Asansol, Siliguri, Malda, Berhampore, Balurghat, Krishnagar, Ranaghat, Kalyani, Naihati, Barakpore, Barasat, Belghoria, Sodepur, Chinsura, Chandannagar, Saorapuli, Belur, Bally, Rishra, Srerampore, Baruipur, Sonarpur, Garia, Ballygunge, South Kolkata, North Kolkata, Central Kolkata, and other states such as Assam, Tripura, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha who want to relocate or currently residing in Kolkata; are strongly encouraged to apply. Work from home is not available

Interview: Only Offline/In office

Working Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM

Week-Off: One Rotational Week-Off (4 in a month)

Only the Same industry experience will be considered, teaching, own research project, PhD completion, and any other job will not be considered as experience. 

Training: We offer a comprehensive, unpaid training program for freshers, lasting between 15 to 21 days. Upon successful completion, a stipend of ₹2,100 will be included with the candidate’s first month’s salary.

Key Responsibilities

Write plagiarism-free, well-researched academic/Educational content on subjects like Management, Education, Psychology, Social Sciences, Healthcare, Law, and more.

Follow assignment guidelines, structure, and proper referencing styles (APA, Harvard, MLA, OSCOLA).

Conduct secondary research using credible sources like academic journals, Google Scholar, textbooks, and online sources.

Revise and improve written work based on feedback from the internal team or clients.

Maintain consistent output while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Ensure academic integrity, originality, and proper citation in every submission.

Working under guidance/Mentoring and open to feedback. Flexible in teamwork.

Who Should Apply

✅ You studied in an ICSE/CBSE English-medium school and are confident in academic/Educational writing.

✅ You studied in any state board, having strong and independent English writing skills. Passionate about Research, Knowledge and writing. 

 ✅ You are fluent in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Assamese, Odia, Tripuri, and Nepali (spoken fluency is enough – writing required in English).

 ✅ You are a graduate or postgraduate (any stream) and are comfortable with structured writing, grammar, and research.

 ✅ You are a fresher or aspiring academician interested in writing for a global audience.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any of the following disciplines — English Literature, Business Management, Hotel or Hospitality Management, Hospital Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Accounting, Statistics, Education, Social Science, Law, Psychology, Mass Communication, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Botany, Zoology, Physiology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or Engineering (B.Tech/M.Tech) in IT, Electronics, Civil, or Mechanical.

Graduates from any science background, or those who have completed their graduation or Master’s through an English-medium of instruction, are also welcome to apply.
