This is a full-time remote role for a Academic Counsellor at WINNER INSTITUTE OF COMPETITIVE EXAMINATIONS (India's Best banking Institute) Jhansi Rani Square, NAGPUR. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 year of experience in business development, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets. Experience in the EdTech industry is preferred, as we aim to expand our reach and impact in the educational sector. Responsibilities Convert provided leads into student enrollments for courses. Counsel parents on the benefits of our courses for their children's exam preparation. Conduct follow-ups to ensure high conversion rates. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance sales presentations. Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in education or EdTech. Strong communication and counseling skills. Proven track record of meeting sales targets. Proficient in CRM software and sales tools. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
