Job Description

Production Operate cameras to capture high-quality video footage. Set up lighting and audio equipment for optimal recording conditions. Direct on-camera talent or interview subjects. Capture B-roll, event coverage, and supplementary footage. Troubleshoot technical issues on set (camera settings, audio problems, lighting adjustments). Post-Production Import, organize, and manage video and audio files. Edit raw footage into clear, compelling, and polished videos. Add music, sound effects, graphics, animations, and captions. Perform color correction and color grading. Sync audio, clean up background noise, and enhance sound quality. Create motion graphics or simple animations as needed. Ensure edits align with brand guidelines, narrative goals, and client feedback. Export videos in various formats optimized for web, social media, or broadcast.
