Job Role: Admissions / Academic / Sales Counselor Pune location - (Karve Nagar area). 💼 Typical Job ResponsibilitiesHandle student inquiries and drive enrollments for training programs. Explain courses, career paths, fees & batch details to prospective students. Manage leads, followups, and convert walk-ins/online inquiries to admissions. Liaise with the training team & assist students through orientation. Provide academic counseling support to help students choose the right course. 🎯 Skill / Qualification Requirements Education: Often Graduate / Bachelor’s degree (Business / Marketing / any field preferred). Experience: Experience in sales, counseling, customer service is a plus — but freshers can also apply depending on the internal hiring. Communication: Good spoken & written communication; confidence in handling students/parents. Interpersonal Skills: Relationship-building, empathy, negotiation & target-oriented mindset . 💰 Salary Range - Role advertised with competitive salary and often commensurate with experience. Based on similar positions in Pune training institutes (Admissions/Academic Counselor), take-home can range around ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (varies by institute and performance incentives).
