Education Support Consultant

🔍 About the Role: UBSS is seeking a proactive and student-focused Education Support Consultant to join our dynamic team in Mohali. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about student success, has strong communication skills, and is eager to support and grow our student referral network. You’ll be the first point of contact for many prospective students and play a key role in strengthening our student referral program. A small part of this role also includes representing UBSS occasionally on our social media platforms. 📝 Key Responsibilities: 🎯 Student Referral Program Handle inbound and outbound calls related to student referrals. Actively promote UBSS’s student referral system and follow up with potential leads. Maintain and update referral tracking sheets and provide weekly reports to management. Encourage existing students to refer peers and ensure a seamless referral experience. 💬 Student Support & Coordination Respond to student queries regarding enrolments, assessments, and leaves. Liaise with internal teams to support admissions, academic processes, and student services. Maintain accurate student records in the student management system. 🎥 Light Social Media Anchoring (Occasional) Appear as a presenter in short UBSS social media clips or announcements (as needed). Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver content aligned with UBSS branding. ✅ What We’re Looking For: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage leads professionally. Comfortable with light public-facing content (optional on-camera anchoring). Organised, self-driven, and flexible with shifting priorities.
