Job Description: UBSS is seeking a friendly, proactive, and professional Education Support Consultant to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to connect with students and their networks to encourage referrals for UBSS programs, while ensuring a positive and supportive experience. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to current and prospective students in a friendly and professional manner. Explain UBSS programs and benefits clearly and effectively. Build rapport and trust with students to encourage genuine referrals. Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and follow-ups. Provide basic guidance and support to students regarding referral processes. Collaborate with the student services team for ongoing updates and training. Achieve weekly and monthly referral targets. Uphold the university's reputation through ethical and respectful communication. Skills & Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus). Positive attitude and student-first approach. Ability to manage calls professionally and confidently. Experience in customer service or education support (preferred). Comfortable working with CRM or data entry tools. Show more Show less
