Job Description

1. Project Execution & Academic Support

• Assist in organizing and executing assessments, training sessions, and workshops.

• Support in the creation and adaptation of academic content aligned to state learning outcomes and project goals.

• Help coordinate logistics and field operations in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

• Document training and assessment activities, collect field data and feedback for analysis.


2. Collaboration & Coordination

• Coordinate with the internal content, analysis, and capacity-building teams to ensure timely deliverables.

• Support field teams and vendor partners in rolling out interventions smoothly.

• Liaise with government counterparts as needed, with support from the Lead Education Specialist and Project Manager.

• Participate in calls and meetings with stakeholders to track progress.


3. Learning, Feedback & Improvement

• Take initiative in learning about assessment frameworks, student data, and capacity-building approaches.

• Contribute ideas for academic design, teacher facilitation strategies, and monitoring tools.

• Participate in debriefs and reflections to improve ongoing implementat
