Duties:

• Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead all aspects of company operations, including management, financial oversight, and business development initiatives.
• Foster a high-performance culture through effective leadership, supervision, and mentorship of senior management teams.
• Identify new market opportunities and establish strategic partnerships to expand the company's footprint.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure fiscal responsibility and growth.
• Represent the organization at industry events, investor meetings, and public engagements to enhance brand visibility.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and uphold corporate governance standards.

Experience

• Proven experience in senior leadership roles with a strong background in business management and strategic planning.
• Demonstrated success in managing teams, supervising staff, and leading organizational change initiatives.
• Extensive experience in business development, including establishing partnerships and expanding market presence.
• Strong financial management skills with a track record of overseeing budgets, investments, and revenue growth.
• Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to inspire teams, foster collaboration, and make decisive judgments.
• Prior experience as a founder or CEO is highly desirable, along with a comprehensive understanding of startup environments or growing enterprises.
