Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Education Mentor. The Education Mentor will be responsible for guiding and advising students on course selections, addressing any queries or concerns, and ensuring they have a seamless learning experience. The day-to-day tasks will include providing educational guidance, facilitating discussions, delivering relevant training, and offering stellar customer support. The ideal candidate will foster a positive learning environment and support students in achieving their educational and professional goals.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Education and Teaching methodologies
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in providing effective Training and mentoring to learners
• Ability to address and resolve concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
• Prior experience in mentoring or academic counseling is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
