Education Marketing Manager

The Manager / Sr. Manager Sales position based in Surat within the Education / EdTech industry requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in education sales, specifically in a field role. The ideal candidate should be 30+ years old. Key Responsibilities: - Drive both B2B and B2C sales for educational products/services. - Establish and nurture strong relationships with schools, institutions, and channel partners. - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets effectively. - Conduct presentations, meetings, and public relations activities with various stakeholders. - Provide guidance and support to junior sales executives when necessary. - Maintain accurate documentation and reports on field activities, leads, and conversions. - Engage in education fairs, exhibitions, and outstation visits to contribute to business growth. Key Requirements: - Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English, Hindi, and at least one regional language. - Education: Minimum graduation (preference for MBA/PG in Sales/Marketing). - Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools like Zoho or Salesforce. - Behavioral Skills: Strong communication, public relations, observation, and documentation abilities. - Travel: Willingness to extensively travel for field visits and outstation sales campaigns.
