As an Education Counselor cum Sales Executive, your role will involve providing counseling to students interested in studying abroad and actively promoting and selling consultancy services. You will need a blend of counseling skills, sales acumen, and a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Counseling:** Provide comprehensive counseling to students interested in pursuing higher education abroad, assessing their academic background, career aspirations, and preferences. - **Sales Generation:** Actively promote and sell consultancy services to prospective students, effectively communicating the benefits of services and guiding them through the enrollment process. - **Lead Conversion:** Convert student inquiries into enrollments, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. - **Documentation Assistance:** Assist students in gathering required documents and completing application forms for universities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with admission requirements. - **Relationship Building:** Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions to enhance consultancy's reputation and visibility in the market. - **Follow-Up:** Provide updates, answer questions, and address concerns throughout the application and enrollment process, ensuring a seamless experience. - **Sales Targets:** Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, actively seeking out new opportunities for business growth. - **Market Research:** Stay updated on trends in overseas education, identifying potential growth areas and opportunities for expansion. - **Data Management:** Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and outcomes using CRM software, providing regular reports to the management team. - **Continuous Learning:** Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance counseling skills, sales techniques, and knowledge of study options abroad. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Counseling, International Relations, etc.). - Previous experience in student counseling, admissions counseling, or sales roles within the education sector preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Sales-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Familiarity with the higher education system, particularly study abroad options, is desirable. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. In addition to the job details, the company offers internet reimbursement as a benefit. The position requires a full-time commitment with occasional evening and weekend work to accommodate student schedules and recruitment events.
