Education Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Prospective Students: Initiate conversations via phone, email, and chat to understand each student’s background, interests, and career goals.
• Provide Tailored Guidance: Recommend the most suitable UG/PG programs aligned with learners' aspirations.
• Support the Full Admissions Journey: Assist applicants from their initial inquiry through to successful enrollment and close admissions.
• Communicate Program Information: Clearly explain course offerings, schedules, fees, and the enrollment process.
• Lead Management: Use CRM tools to track leads, schedule timely follow-ups, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Meet Enrollment Goals: Drive monthly student enrollments by effectively managing and converting leads.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline
• 0–2 years of experience (Freshers are welcome to apply)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• A self-starter with a passion for helping others succeed
• Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred, but not required)
