Education Counselor

As a Business Development Executive for Robotics & AI Program in K-12 schools across Gujarat, your role will involve promoting Robotics and Artificial Intelligence curriculum and lab solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Driving sales of Robotics & AI programs, lab setups, and teacher training solutions to schools. - Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure. - Building strong relationships with School Principals, Owners, and Academic Heads. - Conducting presentations and product demos to showcase how the program supports NEP 2020 and Gujarat's AI Mission. - Creating and executing a territory sales plan covering key Gujarat cities. - Tracking and reporting progress using CRM tools, and sharing insights on market trends and competitor activity. - Representing the company in education events, exhibitions, and GUJCOST initiatives like Robofest. Qualifications and Skills required for this role include: - Education: B.E./B.Tech or MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred. - Experience: Minimum 3 years in B2B / institutional sales (EdTech/STEM preferred). - Domain Knowledge: Basic understanding of Robotics, AI, and Coding concepts. - Languages: Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English (spoken & written). - Skills: Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation abilities. - Travel: Willing to travel up to 50% across Gujarat.
