Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kohat Enclave, Pitampura, New Delhi for an Education Counselor. The Education Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance to students on career options and training programs for short term IT Skill courses like Java, Python, Data Science etc., assisting with course selection, and delivering tailored career counseling. Daily tasks will include meeting with prospective students, understanding their educational goals, and helping them navigate their pathways to success. Counselors will also play an integral role in ensuring high levels of student engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

Prior experience in counsellor for Short term IT Courses like Java, Python, Data Science, Digital Marketing etc.

• Strong Communication and Career Counseling abilities
• Knowledge of the education and training sector
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse groups of students
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field preferred
• Experience in counseling roles is advantageous
