About the role:
As an Education Coach, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students through theirinternational educational journey. Your primary responsibilities will include understandingstudents academic aspirations, providing personalised counselling to them andrecommending suitable educational pathways.
The charter for this role will include:
1. Conduct online telephonic and virtual counselling sessions with students interested instudying abroad, assessing their academic background, interests, and career goals.2. Guide students on selecting appropriate courses based on their profile, academicachievements, and interests.3. Assist students in researching and selecting suitable universities/colleges and programsthat align with their academic and personal interests.4. Provide personalised guidance and support to students throughout the applicationprocess, including preparing and filing applications accurately and efficiently.5. Offer comprehensive assistance and advice on the visa process, guiding students throughthe required documentation and application procedures.6. Participate actively in educational activities such as exhibitions, fairs, and events topromote study abroad opportunities and engage with prospective students.
Ideal Persona would:
1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engagewith students from diverse backgrounds.2. Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise with students' needs andaspirations and build rapport effectively.
