About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Education Counsellor to guide students and/or professionals in choosing the right educational path and enrolling in our courses. You will play a key role in helping prospective learners understand the value of our programs and assist them through the admission or onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counselling & Guidance:
• Interact with potential learners (via phone, chat, video call, or in-person) to understand their educational goals and career aspirations.
• Recommend suitable courses/programs based on their background, needs, and preferences.
• Sales & Conversion:
• Follow up with leads and convert them into enrolled students.
• Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly conversion and revenue targets.
• CRM & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and status updates using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
• Provide timely reports and feedback to the team and management.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing, product, and academic teams to align on student expectations and feedback.
• Stay updated on course offerings, admission policies, pricing, and discounts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field (Education, Psychology, or Business preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in counselling, inside sales, or student advisory roles (preferably in EdTech).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic, persuasive, and target-driven attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of the education sector (K-12, test prep, or professional upskilling).
• Familiarity with EdTech platforms and tools.
• Multilingual proficiency is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,338.00 - ₹37,291.51 per month
