Education Consultant

As an Education Consultant at Interngrad SkillUp Solutions, located in Wakad, Pune, you will be an integral part of our team dedicated to bridging the gap between academics and industry. With 6 months to 3 years of experience in education consulting, sales, counseling, or related fields, you will have the opportunity to guide students and professionals towards the right upskilling paths. Your role involves being the first point of contact for prospective learners, understanding their goals, solving queries, and recommending suitable programs using a consultative and trust-building approach. This position combines customer interaction, educational advising, and inside sales in a dynamic, impact-driven environment. We are looking for individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong persuasion and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with CRM tools, such as Zoho or Odoo, is preferred.
