Job Summary We are looking for a motivated Education Consultant to guide students in choosing the right international education options. The role involves student counselling, university/course selection, application processing, and visa guidance while ensuring a smooth and transparent admission process. Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Counselling Counsel students on UK, Canada, Australia, Europe study options Understand student profiles (academics, budget, career goals) Suggest suitable courses, universities, and intakes Explain fees, scholarships, living costs, and job prospects Admissions & Applications Assist students with university applications Collect and verify academic & financial documents Coordinate with universities for offers, CAS, and updates Track application status and follow up regularly Visa & Compliance Support Guide students on visa requirements and documentation Prepare students for visa credibility interviews Ensure applications meet immigration and university compliance Loan & Financial Guidance Assist students with education loans and sponsors Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and loan partners Explain financial proofs and timelines clearly Communication & Coordination Maintain strong communication with students, parents, and partners Coordinate with universities and internal teams Update CRM / Excel sheets with accurate student data Sales & Targets Convert enquiries into successful admissions Meet monthly counselling and enrolment targets Follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (Any discipline) Strong communication skills (English + local language) Basic knowledge of study abroad process (preferred) Ability to handle students patiently and professionally Good follow-up and organisational skills Basic computer skills (Excel, Email, CRM tools) Preferred Skills Experience in UK education consultancy Knowledge of CAS, visa process, and intakes Loan processing or documentation experience Sales or counselling background What We Offer Fixed salary + incentives Training on UK & international education systems Career growth opportunities Supportive team environment Performance-based rewards Who Can Apply Fresh graduates interested in education counselling Experienced consultants looking for growth Candidates passionate about guiding students’ careers Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
