Nextstep College Info is hiring Educational Consultants to guide students in choosing the right courses and colleges. Training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for freshers looking to start a career in the education industry.
Qualifications
Minimum: 12th Pass
Maximum: Any Degree
Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
Language Skills
Tamil communication – Mandatory
English – Basic knowledge is fine (Not mandatory)
Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding courses & admissions
Handle student enquiries (calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp)
Explain college and course details clearly
Follow up with interested students
Maintain basic student records
Training & Benefits
Complete training provided
Certificate after successful completion of 1 year
Skill development programs
Fun activities & friendly work environment
Salary & Incentives
Fixed salary (based on interview)
Performance-based incentives up to ₹1,00,000
Working Hours
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Monday to Saturday
