About The Role

We’re looking for an

Editorial Lead

who can define and drive the brand’s voice across digital platforms.This isn’t a traditional editorial role — it’s about building a distinct, culture-led tone that reflects creativity, curiosity, and modern storytelling.From sharp copy on social media to long-form storytelling and thought-leadership pieces, you’ll bring a

creator mindset

to every platform. You’ll collaborate across multiple creative verticals to build unique voices that feed into a cohesive brand narrative.

What You’ll Do

Editorial Strategy & Voice

  • Define and evolve the editorial voice across businesses and channels.
  • Lead editorial planning across digital platforms — social, newsletters, internal and external comms.
  • Translate business priorities into engaging and natural content.

Storytelling & Execution

  • Write digital stories, scripts, captions, and blogs that bring brand ideas to life.
  • Collaborate with PR, creators, and video teams to produce multi-format content.
  • Build editorial IPs and content formats that drive conversation within the creative community.

Culture & Trends

  • Stay attuned to youth, internet, and creator culture.
  • Identify moments where the brand can authentically join or lead conversations.
  • Approach trends as an active creator, not just an observer.

Editorial Craft & Governance

  • Edit and refine copy for tone, clarity, and consistency.
  • Partner with design and video teams to ensure visual-narrative alignment.
  • Maintain high editorial standards and publishing rhythm.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in editorial, content strategy, or storytelling, ideally within entertainment, media, or pop culture.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills — crisp, clever, and culturally fluent.
  • Deep curiosity about creators, brands, and culture-driven marketing.
  • Ability to switch between tones — from bold and irreverent to strategic and polished.
  • Experience mentoring or managing contributors.
