Job Description

As an Ed-Tech Recruiter, your role will involve end-to-end recruitment for Ed-Tech roles such as Sales, Academic, Ops, etc. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates using job portals, social media, and referrals. Additionally, screening, evaluating, and scheduling interviews will be part of your daily tasks. Your coordination skills will be put to test as you will be required to coordinate with hiring managers and ensure smooth onboarding for the selected candidates. It will also be your responsibility to maintain talent pipelines and database for future hiring needs. Key Responsibilities: - End-to-end recruitment for Ed-Tech roles (Sales, Academic, Ops, etc.) - Source candidates using job portals, social media, and referrals - Screen, evaluate, and schedule interviews - Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure smooth onboarding - Maintain talent pipelines and database Qualifications Required: - At least 6 months of recruitment experience in Ed-Tech - Strong communication & coordination skills - Familiarity with fast-paced hiring cycles - Experience with ATS and hiring tools is a plus,
