Ecosystem Manager

As an Ecosystem Manager at our organization, you will be based in one of the 5 hubs - Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Pune, Jaipur, or Chennai. Reporting to the Program Lead, you will play a crucial role in executing programs, managing stakeholders, and fostering a vibrant community within your assigned hub. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day operations to ensure the successful delivery of programs and initiatives. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with various stakeholders such as incubators, accelerators, startups, mentors, investors, and corporates. Additionally, you will be involved in planning and organizing events like workshops, pitch clinics, networking meetups, and hackathons. Coordinating mentoring programs, investor connects, and pitch preparation sessions for startups will also be part of your role. Identifying and onboarding partners for program execution, tracking program performance, capturing data, and providing reports to the Program Lead are essential tasks that you will handle. Moreover, you will facilitate interactions between stakeholders to create a collaborative ecosystem that thrives on innovation and cooperation. To excel in this role, you should bring at least 4-7 years of experience in ecosystem building, project management, or startup support programs. Strong organizational and operational skills, along with attention to detail, will be critical for success. Experience in managing partnerships and events, coupled with knowledge of local startup ecosystems and key players, will be advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must-have for effective stakeholder engagement and community building.
