As an Ecosystem Manager at the company, your role will involve the on-ground execution of programs, stakeholder management, and community-building activities within a specific hub. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day operations, building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders, planning and executing events, coordinating mentoring programs for startups, identifying partners for program execution, monitoring program performance, and facilitating interactions between stakeholders to create a vibrant ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations to ensure effective delivery of programs and initiatives. - Build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders including incubators, accelerators, startups, mentors, investors, and corporates. - Plan and execute events such as workshops, pitch clinics, networking meetups, and hackathons. - Coordinate mentoring programs, investor connects, and pitch preparation sessions for startups. - Identify and onboard partners for program execution and resource sharing. - Monitor program performance, capture data, and provide reports to the Program Lead. - Facilitate interactions between stakeholders to create a vibrant and collaborative ecosystem. Qualifications: - 4-7 years of experience in ecosystem building, project management, or startup support programs. - Strong organizational and operational skills with attention to detail. - Experience in managing partnerships and events. - Familiarity with local startup ecosystems and key players. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
