We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Economics Trainer to educate and empower individuals, particularly students and young adults on personal finance, budgeting, saving, investing, credit management, and financial decision-making. The trainer will will be responsible for developing, organizing, and delivering educational programs and workshops aimed at improving financial literacy among diverse groups of students.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver interactive and age-appropriate training programs on various financial topics such as income, savings, budgeting, banking, credit, debt, taxes, insurance, and investing.

Assist in developing and customizing financial education content, materials, activities, and assessments in line with audience needs.

Use innovative tools, games, simulations, and case studies to maintain high engagement and participation.

Represent the organization in schools, colleges, and community centers to promote financial literacy.

Regularly gather and incorporate feedback to improve training content and delivery style.

Provide detailed reports on the effectiveness of training sessions and suggest improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Education, or a related field. A certification in financial education/training is a plus.

Minimum 6 to 12 months of experience in teaching, training, or facilitation. Prior experience in financial education or working with young students is desirable.

Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Strong understanding of financial principles and tools.

Passion for education, youth empowerment, and community development.
