Role Description

E-commerce Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Create, optimize, and manage product listings across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.).
Monitor and analyze sales data to improve visibility and performance.
Coordinate with design and content teams for listing creatives and descriptions.
Manage pricing, promotions, and stock visibility.
Prepare sales, expense, and performance reports using Excel.
Maintain basic accounting and reconciliation for e-commerce transactions.
Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

1+ years of experience
handling e-commerce and quick commerce platforms.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with
proficiency in Excel
.
Good communication skills
— written and verbal.
Basic understanding of
accounting and financial reconciliation
.
Knowledge of marketplace algorithms and campaign optimization.
Experience in a similar agency or brand-side e-commerce role is a plus.
