Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain and optimize B2B/B2C Shopify Plus stores and websites

2. Manage product uploads, updates, pricing, and master data accuracy

3. Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot third-party Shopify apps

4. Ensure site stability, performance, and seamless user experience

Web Development & Technical Support

5. Provide front-end and back-end support using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Shopify Liquid, PHP, SQL, JSON, and REST APIs

Support feature enhancements, bug fixes, and platform improvements

6. Perform QA testing after deployments and theme updates across browsers and devices

7. Maintain documentation for themes, customizations, and integrations

8. Marketing & Analytics Support Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions and content updates

9. Support digital marketing initiatives including analytics, pixels, event tracking, and web performance metrics

Prepare sales and performance reports to support data-driven decisions

10. Customer & Stakeholder Coordination

11. Handle customer queries related to online orders, shipping, and product information

12. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for cross-functional initiatives

13. Track deliverables, timelines, and proactively flag risks or dependencies
