Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist, located in Bhavnagar. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing online sales platforms, optimizing product listings, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating with the warehousing team. Responsibilities also include analyzing sales data, implementing marketing strategies, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
