Ecommerce Operations Specialist

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end

  e-commerce operations

• Catalogue products

  on

  Myntra, Nykaa, AJIO & Shopify

  (product uploads, descriptions, pricing, images, size charts)

• Fulfil orders

  and ensure smooth dispatch
• Manage and track

  inventory across all platforms

• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners
• Handle

  returns, cancellations, and exchanges

• Assist in

  accounts reconciliation

  (marketplace payments, settlements, discrepancies)
• Prepare daily/weekly reports for sales, inventory, and orders
• Ensure platform compliance and hygiene

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in

  e-commerce operations

• Hands-on experience with

  cataloging & operations

  on Myntra, Nykaa, AJIO & Shopify
• Strong understanding of

  inventory management

• Basic knowledge of

  accounts reconciliation

• Good

  Excel & reporting skills

• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to multitask
