Ecommerce Specialist

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented experienced person to join our E-commerce team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing online marketplaces, product listings, digital marketing, and backend operations of an e-commerce business.
Key Responsibilities1.Assist in managing product listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.2.Upload product details including titles, descriptions, pricing, and images.3.Monitor stock levels, order processing, and delivery updates.4.Work with the marketing team to coordinate promotions, offers, and campaigns.5.Handle customer queries, reviews, and feedback via online platforms.6.Generate daily/weekly reports on sales, returns, and other key metrics.7.Stay updated with trends and competitor activity in the e-commerce space.Key Skills RequiredUnderstanding of e-commerce platforms and online shopping trends.Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Good communication skills (written and verbal).Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
