Key Responsibilities: Manage product listings, content, pricing, and inventory across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) Monitor account health, customer feedback, ratings, returns, and coordinate actions accordingly Optimize product listings for better visibility and conversion (SEO, A+ content, images, etc.) Plan and manage promotional campaigns, deals, and discounts on different platforms Track sales performance and provide weekly/monthly reports with insights Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment Identify new growth opportunities and manage onboarding on new e-commerce platforms Stay updated on platform policies, trends, and competitor strategies Coordinate with marketing and creative teams for ads and creatives Requirements: Proven experience (2+ years) in managing e-commerce operations (Amazon, Flipkart, or similar) Strong understanding of listing optimization, keyword research, and PPC campaigns Proficient in Excel, analytics tools, and seller dashboards Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of tools like Helium 10, SellerApp, or similar is a plus Preferred Skills: Experience with Amazon FBA, Seller Flex, or Easy Ship Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom website platforms Understanding of basic accounting and inventory software (Miracle, Tally, etc.)
