We are dedicated to expanding our online sales and are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to oversee our Sales - operations on Amazon.in. Job Overview: We are seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Manager to manage and optimize our online stores Amazon.in. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in e-commerce management, a deep understanding of each platform's unique algorithms and customer base, and the ability to develop strategies that increase sales and brand visibility. Key Responsibilities: • Platform Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our online stores on Amazon.in. ensuring all listings are accurate, competitive, and optimized for search. • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and grow our market share on each platform. • Inventory Management: Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability, timely restocking, and effective inventory control to prevent stockouts or overstock situations. • Advertising & Promotions: Manage paid advertising campaigns on Amazon.in. • Customer Service: Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback on all platforms, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and positive ratings. • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics, including sales, conversion rates, customer reviews, and return rates, to identify areas for improvement. • Compliance & Policies: Ensure compliance with each platform’s policies, guidelines, and best practices to avoid penalties or account suspensions. Requirements: • Experience: Proven experience managing e-commerce stores on Amazon.in. Familiarity with the specific requirements and algorithms of each platform is essential. • Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in e-commerce tools and software. • Other: Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
