Role Description

This full-time role for an Ecommerce & Social Media Intern is on-site and located in Thane. The intern will be responsible for assisting with the management of ecommerce platforms, engaging with customers, analyzing data, contributing to sales initiatives, and supporting the communication efforts. Daily tasks will include updating product listings, tracking campaign performance, responding to customer inquiries, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategies.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills and E-Commerce experience
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Sales and the ability to support sales initiatives
Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms
Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
