You will join SocialGrade as an Ecommerce & Social Media Intern based in Thane. Your responsibilities will include managing ecommerce platforms, engaging with customers, analyzing data, contributing to sales initiatives, and supporting communication efforts. Daily tasks will involve updating product listings, tracking campaign performance, responding to customer inquiries, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategies. To excel in this role, you must possess strong analytical skills and E-commerce experience. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, along with experience in sales and the ability to support sales initiatives. A proactive attitude, the ability to work independently, and familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms are highly valued. Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.,
