Ecommerce & Retention Manager

**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** Join our well-established Data Care SaaS business with over 30 years of history. As the Ecommerce and Retention Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding and maintaining our customer base. Collaborating with senior stakeholders, your main focus will be on driving renewal business through the implementation of first-class retention strategies. This includes customer loyalty programs to reduce churn and grow MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue). Your responsibilities will involve creating effective communication, deals, and promotions, as well as developing upselling and cross-selling programs. This role encompasses strategic planning and hands-on implementation, leveraging your expertise in the subscription business to enhance and improve our ecommerce platforms. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive Annual & Monthly Recurring Revenue (ARR / MRR) growth for our DIY Software business - Increase and Improve the Life-Time Value of the Customer - Manage Customer Life-cycle management after sales - Create a system and process to identify customers with high potential of churn, up-sell, & down-sell - Design and implement campaigns with marketing to educate customers and minimize churn - Increase the Average Revenue per User (ARPU) annually to drive net ARR growth - Set & manage the Products on all our E-commerce platforms **Qualifications Required:** - Total 5-8 years of experience with demonstrated success in eCommerce in an International Business environment - Working knowledge of GA4 - Any Graduate with good Analytical & Technical bend of mind [MBA preferred] (Note: Additional Company Details have not been provided in the Job Description.),
